제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 (주)착한인포(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 솔로딕(SOLODIC) 서비스(이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스의 이용 조건 및 절차, 이용자와 회사의 권리, 의무, 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

• "회사"란 (주)착한인포를 말합니다.
• "서비스"란 회사가 운영하는 솔로딕(SOLODIC) 플랫폼 및 이를 통해 제공하는 나는솔로 관련 데이터 분석 커뮤니티 서비스를 말합니다.
• "회원"이란 서비스에 가입하여 이용하는 자를 말합니다.
• "젬(Gem)"이란 콘텐츠 열람 및 AI 분석 기능 이용을 위한 서비스 내 이용권을 말합니다.
• "유료 젬"이란 회원이 결제하여 충전한 젬으로, 환불 가능한 결제 수단입니다.
• "보너스 젬"이란 회원가입, 출석 체크, 충전 보너스, 추천인 보상, 이벤트 등으로 무상 지급되는 젬으로, 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

제3조 (회원 가입)

• 회원 가입은 이메일 또는 소셜 로그인(Google, 카카오)을 통해 이루어집니다.
• 가입 시 개인정보 수집 및 이용에 대한 동의가 필요합니다.
• 만 14세 미만은 서비스를 이용할 수 없습니다.

제4조 (서비스 이용)

• 기본 서비스(커뮤니티, 투표, 기수 정보, 일부 무료 콘텐츠)는 무료로 제공됩니다.
• 유료 콘텐츠는 콘텐츠별로 책정된 젬을 소모하여 열람할 수 있으며, 한 번 열람한 콘텐츠는 추가 차감 없이 다시 볼 수 있습니다.
• AI 분석 등 프리미엄 기능은 콘텐츠별로 책정된 젬으로 이용권을 구매(1회 결제 후 영구 열람)하며, 일부 기능은 무료로 제공됩니다.
• 회원가입 시 30젬 환영 보너스가 자동 지급됩니다. 매일 출석 1젬, 7일 연속 +20젬, 30일 연속 +70젬 등 활동 보너스도 자동 적립됩니다.
• 서비스 내용은 사전 공지 후 변경될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (젬 충전 및 결제)

• 젬은 200젬(2,200원)부터 4,000젬(44,000원)까지 6가지 패키지로 충전 가능합니다 (1젬 = 11원).
• 대량 충전 패키지(5,500원 이상)에는 추가 충전 보너스가 포함됩니다.
• 회원이 보유한 보너스 젬은 콘텐츠 이용 시 유료 젬보다 우선 차감됩니다.
• 결제는 신용·체크카드 및 간편결제(토스페이먼츠)를 통해 처리되며, 결제 완료 즉시 자동으로 젬이 지급됩니다.
• 충전형 서비스 특성상 카드사 정책에 따라 1일 결제 한도가 적용될 수 있습니다.
• 젬은 서비스 내 콘텐츠 이용 전용 디지털 이용권으로, 현금으로 환급·출금하거나 타인에게 양도·현금화할 수 없습니다. 환불은 제7조에 따라 원결제 수단의 승인 취소로만 처리됩니다.
• 충전한 젬의 유효기간은 각 충전 건의 결제일로부터 5년입니다. 유효기간이 경과한 미사용 젬은 소멸될 수 있으며, 유효기간 내에는 자유롭게 서비스 내 콘텐츠 이용에 사용할 수 있습니다.

제6조 (콘텐츠 열람)

• 유료 콘텐츠 열람 시 표시된 젬이 차감되며, 보너스 젬이 우선 차감되고 부족분만 유료 젬에서 차감됩니다.
• 한 번 열람한 콘텐츠는 영구적으로 추가 차감 없이 다시 볼 수 있습니다.
• 콘텐츠별 젬 비용은 50젬부터 1,000젬까지 다양하며, /premium 페이지에서 카드 우상단에 명시됩니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 시 보유 젬(유료/보너스 포함)은 모두 소멸됩니다.

제7조 (환불 정책)

• 환불 가능: 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고, 해당 결제로 지급된 젬(유료 + 보너스)을 하나도 사용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
• 환불 불가 (보너스 사용): 충전과 함께 받은 충전 보너스 젬을 1개라도 사용한 경우 해당 충전건의 환불은 불가합니다.
• 보너스 젬 자체: 회원가입, 출석, 추천인 보상, 이벤트 등으로 무상 지급된 보너스 젬은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
• 미성년자 결제: 법정대리인의 동의 없이 미성년자가 결제한 경우, 보호자의 환불 요청 시 결제 취소가 가능합니다.
• 환불 신청: customer@solodic.co.kr로 가입 이메일, 주문 번호, 환불 사유를 보내주시면, 운영자 확인 후 영업일 기준 3일 이내 처리됩니다.
• 환불 수단: 카드·간편결제는 원결제 수단으로 승인 취소(결제 취소)되며, 카드사 정책에 따라 영업일 기준 3~5일 후 환급이 확인됩니다.

제8조 (금지 행위)

• 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록하는 행위
• 서비스를 이용하여 얻은 정보를 상업적으로 이용하는 행위
• 서비스의 운영을 방해하는 행위
• 다른 이용자에게 불쾌감을 주는 행위

제9조 (면책)

• 서비스는 나는솔로 프로그램의 공식 서비스가 아닌 팬 커뮤니티입니다.
• 서비스 내 분석, 예측, AI 생성 콘텐츠는 참고용이며 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
• 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the internet services provided by Chakhaninpo Co., Ltd. (the "Company") through the Solodic (SOLODIC) platform (the "Service"), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Company" refers to Chakhaninpo Co., Ltd.
• "Service" refers to the Solodic (SOLODIC) platform and its data analysis community services related to the TV show "I Am Solo" (나는솔로) operated by the Company.
• "Member" refers to a person who has registered and uses the Service.
• "Gem" refers to the in-service token used to view paid content and use AI analysis features.
• "Paid Gem" refers to gems charged by the member through payment, eligible for refund.
• "Bonus Gem" refers to gems granted free of charge through sign-up, attendance, charge bonuses, referral rewards, events, etc. Bonus gems are not eligible for refund.

Article 3 (Registration)

• Registration is completed through email or social login (Google, Kakao).
• Consent to the collection and use of personal information is required upon registration.
• Users under 14 years of age are not permitted to use the Service.

Article 4 (Service Usage)

• Basic services (community, voting, season information, some free content) are provided free of charge.
• Paid content is unlocked by spending the gems indicated per item; once unlocked, the same content can be re-viewed without additional charges.
• Premium features such as AI analysis are unlocked by spending the gems set per content (a one-time payment for permanent access); some features are provided free of charge.
• 30 welcome bonus gems are granted automatically on sign-up. Activity bonuses (1 gem per daily attendance, +20 gems for 7-day streak, +70 gems for 30-day streak, etc.) are also accumulated automatically.
• Service content may be changed with prior notice.

Article 5 (Gem Purchase & Payment)

• Gems can be charged through 6 packages from 200 gems (KRW 2,200) up to 4,000 gems (KRW 44,000) (1 gem = KRW 11).
• Bulk packages (KRW 5,500 and above) include additional charge bonuses.
• When viewing content, bonus gems held by the member are deducted before paid gems.
• Payments are processed via credit/debit card and easy-pay (Toss Payments); gems are credited automatically immediately after payment is completed.
• As a prepaid charge service, a daily payment limit may apply according to card company policies.
• The validity period of charged gems is 5 years from the payment date of each charge. Unused gems remaining after the validity period may be forfeited, and gems may be freely used for in-service content during the validity period.

Article 6 (Content Access)

• When viewing paid content, the indicated gems are deducted; bonus gems are deducted first, with any shortfall deducted from paid gems.
• Once a content item is unlocked, it can be re-viewed permanently without additional charges.
• Per-content gem cost ranges from 50 to 1,000 gems and is shown in the upper-right corner of each card on the /premium page.
• Upon account deletion, all held gems (paid and bonus) are forfeited.

Article 7 (Refund Policy)

• Refund eligible: Within 7 days of payment, full refund is available only if none of the gems (paid + bonus) issued from that payment have been used.
• Refund ineligible (bonus used): If even one charge-bonus gem issued with the charge has been used, the corresponding charge is not refundable.
• Bonus gems themselves: Bonus gems granted free of charge through sign-up, attendance, referral rewards, events, etc. are not eligible for refund.
• Minor payments: Payments made by minors without the consent of a legal guardian may be cancelled upon the guardian's refund request.
• Refund request: Send the registered email, order number, and refund reason to customer@solodic.co.kr; the operator will process within 3 business days after verification.
• Refund method: Card and easy-pay payments are cancelled (authorization reversal) to the original payment method; the refund is reflected in 3–5 business days according to card company policies.

Article 8 (Prohibited Activities)

• Using another person's information or registering false information.
• Commercially exploiting information obtained through the Service.
• Interfering with the operation of the Service.
• Causing discomfort to other users.

Article 9 (Disclaimer)

• The Service is a fan community and is not an official service of the TV show "I Am Solo."
• Analyses, predictions, and AI-generated content within the Service are for reference only and accuracy is not guaranteed.
• The Service is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.
